📜 WorkNest.Pk Service Rules

1️⃣ General Rules

• ✅ Treat all members with respect. No harassment, hate speech, or spam.
• ✅ Profiles must include accurate professional details.
• ✅ All payments must go through WorkNest.Pk Escrow.
• 🚫 Fraud, scams, or illegal activity = permanent suspension.

2️⃣ Account Rules

Accounts represent your identity. They must be managed responsibly. ⚠️ Account deletion is only possible when:

• No active projects are linked to your account.
• All payments & withdrawals are cleared.
• No unresolved disputes exist.
• No admin-imposed bans or restrictions remain.

🚫 Fake documents or fraudulent activity = permanent suspension without appeal.

3️⃣ Project & Dispute Rules

• All funds are locked in escrow until delivery & approval.
• Disputes require evidence (chat, milestones, files).
• Client at fault → Freelancer funds released automatically.
• Freelancer at fault → Client refund may be issued.
• Admin decision = final. One appeal is allowed.

4️⃣ Payment & Withdrawal Rules

• Projects must be fully funded in escrow before starting.
• Freelancers can withdraw only if:
  • ✅ Client approved the project, OR
  • ✅ Dispute resolved in Freelancer’s favor.
• Admin may hold withdrawals if fraud is suspected.

5️⃣ Verification Rules

• Freelancers must upload valid CNIC, Student ID, or Certificates.
• Verified freelancers receive a blue badge ✅.
• Fake/altered documents = permanent ban.

6️⃣ Support & Communication

• Support is available via in-app chat or email: support@worknest.pk.online.
• Support covers accounts, payments, disputes, bugs & verification.
• Abuse of support staff → account suspension.

7️⃣ Privacy & Data

• Your data is confidential & used only for platform security.
• Project files are secure but may be reviewed in disputes.
• WorkNest.Pk never sells user data.

8️⃣ Rule Updates

WorkNest.Pk may update rules anytime. You’ll be notified via email, dashboard, or system alerts.
✅ Continued use = acceptance of updated rules.
